What to Contact Us About
Calculator Errors
If you believe a calculator is producing incorrect results such as wrong tax brackets, incorrect loan payment formulas, or outdated figures, please email us with the specific calculator name, the inputs you used, the result you received, and what you believe the correct result should be. We take accuracy seriously and will investigate every reported error within 24 hours.
Outdated Financial Figures
Financial figures change every year. IRS tax brackets and standard deductions update annually in October. Social Security COLA figures update in November. FHFA conforming loan limits update in November. If you notice a figure that appears outdated, please let us know with a link to the official source and we will update the calculator immediately.
New Calculator Suggestions
We are always looking to expand our calculator library. If there is a personal finance calculation you regularly need that we do not currently offer, we want to hear about it. Popular suggestions are added to our development roadmap. Tell us what calculator you need and what specific inputs and outputs would be most useful to you.
Content Questions
If you have a question about personal finance that is not answered by our calculators or educational content, reach out. While we cannot provide personalized financial advice, we can point you toward the right resources and explain how our calculators work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your calculators free to use?
Yes. Every calculator on CalcVault is completely free with no registration required, no subscription, and no premium tier. CalcVault is supported entirely by Google AdSense advertising so that users never pay for access.
Do you store my financial data?
No. Every calculation runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your income, debt balances, and other financial inputs are never transmitted to our servers and are never stored anywhere. When you close or refresh the page your inputs are gone.
How often do you update your figures?
We update tax brackets and contribution limits annually when the IRS publishes new figures, typically in October. We update Social Security figures in November after the SSA COLA announcement. We update conforming loan limits in November after the FHFA announcement. We also update immediately when major legislation affects our calculators mid-year.
Can I use your calculator results for official purposes?
