Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all calculator formulas and financial figures including IRS tax brackets, contribution limits, Social Security figures, conforming loan limits, and other regulatory data are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Tax laws, contribution limits, and financial regulations change frequently. Verify all figures with official sources such as IRS.gov, SSA.gov, and FHFA.gov before making financial decisions.
The figures used in our calculators are sourced from official government publications including IRS Revenue Procedures, SSA COLA Fact Sheets, FHFA Conforming Loan Limit Announcements, and HUD Mortgagee Letters. We update our calculators annually when new figures are published and immediately when significant legislation affects calculations.
